IEC
provides basic and advanced communication skills training
for managers and/or employees. The training is often
used as follow-up to diversity training. However, each
program is designed to stand alone and can be incorporated
into ongoing leadership or management training.
The
communications skills courses, as the name implies,
focus on skills development. They are highly interactive
and use role play, case studies and other adult learning
techniques to reinforce skills development.
