IEC has identified the following resources. This list is not intended to be comprehensive, but rather a starting point for organizations in their diversity management efforts. IEC does not endorse any of these sites; rather we encourage organizations to find the resource(s) that best meets their business needs.

• American Society for Training and Development. Premier professional association in the field of workplace learning and performance.

• Atlanta Consulting and Training Alliance (ACTA). An alliance of consultants and training professionals devoted to maximizing diverse resources to enable its clients to achieve higher levels of quality, performance and profitability.

• CIA Publications and Reports. Excellent source of detailed information on the people, leaders, government, economy and infrastructure of countries around the world.

• Diversity Central. Sponsored by the magazine “Cultural Diversity at Work”, this site provides a host of information and resources (compiled from various sources) on diversity and cultural competence.

• Federal Statistics. Maintained by the Federal Interagency Council on Statistical Policy, this site provides easy access to statistics and information produced by more than 70 federal agencies.

• Internet Business Network. Web hub for on-line recruiting that rates top recruiting sites, provides a regular newsletter about recruiting, and compiles detailed statistics on the industry.

• National Association of Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO). National umbrella and public policy advocacy organization for the nation's historically and predominately black colleges and universities. Includes a list of the institutions, presidents and addresses.
